In 11 August appearances, Weez pitched nine innings, struck out 12, allowed four runs, walked four, blew one save (in the eighth inning) and recorded three holds.

Note Wilson has no strikeouts since August 14, when he had an awful outing in Atlanta.

Weez struck out three batters in September with a curveball, the pitch he started throwing the second half of the season.
